Hey, where did September go?

Oh my gosh, where did September go! It seems like I blinked and bam, here we are at the end of the month all ready. I realized as I finally made it back to my blog that my last post was September 1st and it's been all down hill since then. I spent the majority of the month helping my parents get through a rough patch. My stepmom, whom if you've followed my blog for awhile, you know is more like a mother to me and I love her to death, had a serious of surgeries and ensuing complications that lead to several hospital stays. I could go on and on but the gist is that she had both her appendix and gallbladder removed and then developed complications with a large hemotoma that formed in the muscles on the right side of her body. After the gallbladder removal, which should have been an easy, routine thing, she literally looked like she had been hit by a truck, she was that bruised. Of course the surgeon indicated she was fine but as it turned out, she was pretty sick with a serious infection that had become encapsulated inside this massive blood clot. It tool several hospital stays, catscans, and finally a needle biopsy to pinpoint what was wrong with her. She's on the mend now and finally gaining her strength back after the long ordeal and we are all returning to our normal routines again. No more back and forth to the hospital again for awhile.

I have been working on a new kit for over a month now and I finally finished it among
st all the turmoil. So are you ready for some football? I love football and my father was a head high school football coach for many years before he retired from teaching so I grew up with the sport. I can still remember watching game day films with my father and the other coaches on Sundays as they planned their strategy for the next week. And I still love it to this day so I put my love for the sport into this kit.

Hooray For The Home Team is filled with fun papers and elements to scrap both the little
football player and cheerleader in your life. Regular price $5.50 sale price $4.13 through the weekend in all my stores.
I also designed a set of coordinating wordart and this cute alpha with 2 sets of uppercase, numbers and symbols. Regular price $3.00 Sale price $2.25 through the weekend.
And I thought in order to make the kit more versatile, I should design several add-on packages in popular school colors. I have six (6) add-ons that come the colors of blue, red, black, green, orange, and purple. Here a quick peek of the blue and white add-on kit. The regular price of the add-ons will be $2.50 sale price $1.87 through the weekend. If you love the kit and want all the pieces, I've created a bundle which contains the full kit, alpha and coordinating alpha for one fabulous price. Just look at these amazing layouts created with the kit.

Aren't these just the cutest? So how about a little freebie to go along with the kit? Here's a coordinating piece of wordart for you. Enjoy!
